AIM Rule 26

Listed company websites are commonly the first point of call for investors researching potential investment opportunities.

Rules of the London Stock Exchange

Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies specifies that all AIM-quoted companies maintain an up to date corporate website which contains specific company information freely and easily accessible. Rule 26 was introduced in August 2007 and updated in June 2009.

On admission every AIM listed company must maintain a website on which the following information should be available:
